We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may be unable to cancel it. In that case, we will issue you a refund. We want you to have the best experience possible with us and our product, whether you are a new subscriber or an existing subscriber who has placed an order for a new product. That means if you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us at thepack@operationgoodboy.com and we'll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase. No return is necessary.
