You can modify your shipping or billing information at any time. You may cancel your subscription in the customer portal or by emailing us at thepack@operationgoodboy.com  and following the instructions you receive.

Go to Manage Subscriptions and click on the subscriptions you would like to change. To delay your order, click on the button that says, "Skip Shipment."  

If you want to place your order early, click the orange button that says, "Order Now" and confirm your selection.

To change how often your subscription arrives, click the "Change" link in the Frequency section. Select your preferred frequency from the dropdown menu. Updating your frequency will not affect the date of your next order. The frequency of your subscription orders will change after your next order date. 

To change the date of your next order, click the "Change" link in the Next Order section and select your preferred order date. 

You can change your order date up to 48 hours before your next scheduled order. 

Go to Manage Subscription, select your subscription, and click the "Cancel This subscription" button at the bottom of the page. This will cancel all future shipments of your subscription order.  

You will receive a reminder email 5 days before your next scheduled order. You can change your order before it starts processing. You will receive another email when your order ships.

Add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to checkout, select "Yes" to subscription at checkout, and set your schedule.

A message about current events: Our teams are focused on serving as many pet parents as possible, and due to the high demand for essentials, including medication, we're temporarily unable to change existing orders.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel This Order" link.  

If you need help canceling your order, please send us a message with your order number at thepack@operationgoodboy.com. We will resolve it as quickly as possible so that your experience is simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may be unable to cancel it. In that case, we will issue you a refund. We want you to have the best experience possible with us and our product, whether you are a new subscriber or an existing subscriber who has placed an order for a new product. That means if you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us at thepack@operationgoodboy.com and we'll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase. No return is necessary.

Most customers can expect to receive their shipment within 5 - 7 days. Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders over ($75) ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate .

We ship via FedEx to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

If you are not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.

We can ship to APO addresses in the United States, but at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes and international addresses.

All items purchased from operationgoodboy.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

When an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it is available again. Go to the item page, enter your email address, and Click "Notify Me" to sign up.

You can sign up for notifications for as many items as possible. We will send one email notification for each item that's back in stock. Signing up for notifications doesn't reserve or guarantee item availability.

While most dogs love the flavors of our chews (9 out of 10 dogs in blind taste testing gobbled them up), all dogs are different, and so are their preferences! 

Here are a few suggestions on how to feed the supplements to your dog:

• Add to their regular food 

• Cover in peanut butter (make sure there is no xylitol as an ingredient!)

• Squish it in a small piece of banana
